Our complex care services
We can provide highly skilled nurses to safely and effectively care for a service user in their own home or community setting. We can support gaps in current staffing provision, to cover annual leave, or sickness or support a breakdown in current care provision, as an interim measure or on a longer-term basis.
We’ll work with service users and their care advocates, be that health professionals, local authorities, case managers or family members, to ensure that we provide the right workers, at the right time, with the right skills.
We can provide complex care for as long as you need us, whether it’s from 4 hours to 24/7.

Who can we support?
Across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, our specialist nurses provide complex care to adults and children in their own homes and in the community. We work with NHS, HSE, local authorities, case managers, and solicitors, as well as with private clients and their families. And if you’re waiting for a hospital discharge but don’t have the proper care in place yet, we can provide the support at short notice to speed things up until your care package is complete.

At the Guild, we have a reputation for managing very challenging and complex requirements at short notice. We can offer short-term provision in the event of a crisis or breakdown in care, but we can also help with mid to longer-term requirements too.
