In February 2024, SNG was audited by Neuven for our nursing and care workforce across Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. The audits were performed remotely, with documents uploaded to a secure portal to which only the Supplier and the Auditor had access to. We were awarded the Diamond Badge of Excellence for all three countries, achieving the highest possible score of 100%. This is an outstanding achievement that sets us apart from our competitors.

What our audits involved
The rigorous audit process meticulously evaluated every aspect of our operations. The audit criteria was broken down into 4 sections: Recruitment – Pre Employment, Regulation Training Compliance – Ongoing Compliance, Deployment, and Community.
The audit included a review of candidate file checks, which were selected at random by Neuven. 50 files were checked in Scotland, 30 in the Republic of Ireland, and 10 in Northern Ireland.
