In March 2025, SNG was audited by Neuven Consult for our nursing and care workforce across Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. The audits were performed remotely, with documents uploaded to a secure portal to which only the Supplier and the Auditor had access to. We were awarded the Diamond Badge of Excellence for both countries, achieving the highest possible score of 100%. This is an outstanding achievement that sets us apart from our competitors.

The quality of our services across Scotland and the Republic of Ireland has been recognised by Neuven Consult, an independent auditor specialising in temporary staffing agencies.
During our most recent audits in 2025, we achieved a perfect score of 100% and were awarded the prestigious ‘Diamond badge’.

What our audits involved
The rigorous audit process meticulously evaluated every aspect of our operations. The audit criteria was broken down into 4 sections: Recruitment – Pre Employment, Regulation Training Compliance – Ongoing Compliance, Deployment, and Community.
The audit included a review of candidate file checks, which were selected at random by Neuven. 30 files were checked in Scotland and 50 in the Republic of Ireland.
