Refer a friend

Before completing the referral form below, you must have your friend’s permission to provide their personal information to us. We will tell your friend that you have recommended them to us when we contact them.

Please note that there may be additional requirements for a referral to be valid. Please read our T&Cs. The referral programme is currently unavailable in Scotland.

Our referral programme changes frequently. If you have any questions or would like more details on local schemes, contact your local office.

To claim your bonus:

Once you submit a referral form, you will receive a confirmation email – please keep hold of this. As soon as your recommended friend completes their third shift or fifth shift with the Guild (as per T&Cs), you will need to notify us. Submit your bonus claim by sending an email to referafriend@nursingguild.com with a copy of your recommendation confirmation email.

The referred nurse/midwife must complete their third/fifth shift within three months of completing the registration process.
