Our exclusive Compliance Portal makes it easy to manage your compliance.

The platform is dedicated to supporting you to manage your compliance, training, and personal information during your time with the Guild. You can access the Compliance Portal from any device, and it is entirely mobile-friendly – allowing you to manage your compliance on the go.


Are you unsure about when your compliance/training expires? Our dashboard provides you with an overview of tasks that are due, need updating soon, or are currently up to date. Additionally, it displays your current pay rates for your convenience.


The compliance page provides a detailed breakdown of the items required to maintain compliance and when they are due. This includes details about any relevant files you may need to upload, or viewing training courses you can book onto.


The training page is where you can keep track of your training. It breaks down all your training items, their status, and how to update them. There is also information on upcoming courses you can book, as well as the courses you have already booked.


Your profile allows you to view the personal information we have on record for you, including skills and upcoming appointments. You have the ability to add or make changes to this information as required.


We have a helpful ‘Resources’ page with key information on shift support, ordering a uniform, pay dates, and submitting timesheets.


For our registered nurses, we have a revalidation page with helpful tips, guides, and how to access support, including how to contact the team.
