- A valid NMC or NMBI Pin
- Evidence of safety interventions (MAPA) / PMVA training
- A minimum of 12 months experience if working in Psychiatric ICU or Forensics
- A minimum of 6 months experience if working with under 18s
- A focus on the promotion of health and well-being
- A willingness to work to our company expectations
- A minimum of 12 months experience in the last 2 years if working in an acute mental health setting (acute admissions)
