Guild community nurses can access work in community settings as well as one to one work with clients in their own home. You’ll need to work to our high standards and in return you’ll receive full professional support from us.

As a community nurse with the Scottish Nursing Guild, you will work temporary shifts for a range of different healthcare providers. Although these shifts are often last-minute, we expect the standard of care to remain high. Therefore, you must be recently experienced. Once you’re registered with us, we offer training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up to date with best practices.
