We are looking for nurses to work as part of our Nurse-led community team, for community packages, caring for adults with complex care needs in their own homes across Ireland. You must be a Registered General Nurse, registered with the NMBI.

Positions available:

Community Nurse – South Dublin area

Package details: Registered General Nurse required to join our nurse-Led team in the South Dublin area.

Location: Shankill

Payscale: €39.50 – €53.50 per hour

Hours required: 18:30-21:30 on alternate days (minimum commitment 1 day per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee package
  • PEG Management
  • Seizure management
  • Catheter Irrigation

Complex Care Community Nurse – Dublin

Package details: Registered General Nurse required to provide Neurogenic Bowel Care to a young individual in Lucan, Dublin.

Location: Lucan, Dublin

Payscale: €39.50 – €53.50 per hour

Hours required: Every second day, 09:00-14:00 weekdays (minimum commitment 1 day per week) working with a team of HCAs.

Desirable Experience:

  • Digital Stimulation
  • Manual Evacuation
  • Able to identify & treat signs/symptoms of autonomic dysreflexia
  • Neurogenic Bowel Care training and shadow shifts can be provided

Paediatric School Nurse – South Dublin

Package details: Registered Paediatric Nurse or RGN/RNID with Paediatric experience required to provide care to a young child attending school in the North Dublin area

Location: Sutton, South Dublin

Payscale: €49.50 – €56.50 per hour

Hours required: Monday to Friday, 08.15-14:00 (minimum commitment 1 day per week)

Desirable Experience:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • PEG Management
  • Nebulisation Therapy

Community Complex Care Nurse – Meath

Package details: Community Complex Care Nurse with ICU experience required to provide nursing care to a client in Meath.

Location: Meath

Payscale: €49.50 – €56.50 per hour

Hours required: 10.00-22.00 daily (minimum commitment 1 day per week) Working with a team of HCAs

Desirable Experience:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilators
  • Suctioning
  • PEG Management
  • Suprapubic catheter care

Package details: Registered General Nurse required to join our Nurse-Led team in the Co. Laois area.

Location: Co. Laois

Payscale: €39.50 – €53.50 per hour

Hours required: 4 x 8hour days per week (minimum commitment 1 day per week)

Responsibilities:

  • PEG Management
  • Seizure Management
  • Pain management
  • Assistance with ADLs
  • Care of a child with a disability

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A valid NMBI pin
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years working on medical and surgical wards. Specialist nurses will require at least 12 months recent experience.
  • Up-to-date HSEland training
  • Proficient with IV administration
  • A willingness to work to our company expectations
  • Occupational Health clearance
  • Garda vetting

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Demonstrate a caring and compassionate nature, treating patients, carers and relatives with respect, dignity, and kindness
  • Able to pick up shifts at short notice, sometimes with only an hour’s notice. However, we will only contact you for last-minute shifts if you have already told us that you are available to work during those hours.
  • Foster a culture of openness and honesty, communicating effectively with the Guild staff, clients, and patients
  • Able to integrate easily into new teams and be an asset during each shift
  • Flexible and willing to travel to surrounding counties to support clients
  • Reliable and punctual
