This is following some fantastic feedback from our Belfast Team. They pointed out that Okikiolu has been a great help with a new community package. He adjusted his shifts to accommodate the required care and always responds to our calls.

We caught up with Okikiolu to see how he feels about being our HCA of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

“I started working for the Guild in 2019.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“I enjoy having the ability to impact the lives of others positively. To positively impact, be meaningful and gratifying, and have the opportunity to change people’s lives.”

What attracted you to join the Guild?

“I joined the Guild because of the good recommendation on how you care and support your staff and the availability of shifts both in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.”

How do you feel about being our HCA of the Month?

“I appreciate being nominated as HCA of the Month.”
