Phyllis was chosen to be Community HCA of the Month following some fantastic feedback from the Belfast team.

We caught up with Phyllis to see how she feels about being our Community HCA of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

“I have been working for the Guild for almost ten years.”

What type of community work are you involved in?

“I’m supporting clients with learning disabilities in the community and their homes.”

What do you enjoy most about working in the community?

“I enjoy the variety as every day is different working in the community.”

What attracted you to join the Guild?

“I appreciate having the flexibility to work around my commitments.”

How do you feel about being our Community HCA of the Month?
