This is following some fantastic feedback we have received directly from a client:

“Jenny worked with us on a night shift last week. We had a deteriorating patient who needed to be transferred out. During the shift, she provided exceptional nursing care and invaluable support while remaining calm and professional. An excellent candidate who we will welcome back at any time.”

We caught up with Jenny to see how she feels about being our Nurse of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

“I’ve been working with the Guild since 2015.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“The moment you realise that your patient is out of the woods or that your efforts have made a difference. And the patients! Each of them has a story to tell and it’s a privilege to hear them.”

What attracted you to join the Guild?

“The freedom. I appreciate the opportunity to plan my work around my life. I also wanted to explore nursing in different regions and settings. I have been to some amazing places with the Guild!”

How do you feel about being our Nurse of the Month?

“I feel truly grateful: many highly skilled nurses do a great job working with the Guild daily. I’m humbled!”
