Republic of Ireland terms and conditions

Offer: Earn a bonus of up to €250 by working shifts with the Guild between 10 October and 31 December 2025.

Bonuses available:
Between 10 October and 31 December 2025:

  • Work one shift and receive a €50 bonus
  • Work two shifts and receive a €125 bonus
  • Work three shifts and receive a €250 bonus

Maximum bonus potential: €250

This scheme is applicable to a select group of nurses registered with the Guild in the Republic of Ireland. Eligible participants will receive an email inviting them to join this promotion.

Terms:

  1. Eligible workers will receive an email communication directly from the Guild, inviting them to participate in this exclusive promotion. If you have not received an email communication from us addressed to you, you are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. This promotion runs 10 October – 31 December 2025. Only shifts worked between these dates will count towards your bonus.
  3. Only med/surg, A&E, ITU, paediatric, and midwifery shifts in the Republic of Ireland will count towards this promotion.
  4. We cannot guarantee a specific number of shifts will be available for your specialty throughout the promotion period.
  5. Multiple shifts worked with the same client in one day will count as one shift for the purposes of this promotion.
  6. Shifts worked with more than one client on any given day (e.g., early and a late) will count as two shifts for the purpose of this promotion.
  7. Cancelled shifts will not count towards your bonus.
  8. To claim your bonus, you must email promotions@nursingguild.com no later than 23:59 on 16 January 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be paid.
  9. Your bonus will be paid on or by 30 January 2026, on the condition that you have submitted your claim via email as referenced in point 8 and all associated timesheets were submitted within seven days of each shift worked.
  10. Your bonus will be subject to tax deductions.
  11. If you are involved in a complaints procedure or become non-compliant during the promotion period, you void your position in the promotion and will not be eligible for any bonus payments.
  12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Scottish Nursing Guild promotions.

Scottish Nursing Guild reserves the right to:

  • Vary the terms and conditions of this promotion at its absolute discretion.
  • Reject claims if all terms and conditions are not met.
  • Cancel or discontinue this promotion without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation, or inform candidates.
