Congratulations Thomas! September’s Nurse of the Month

Thomas consistently goes above and beyond for every client he works with, whether the engagement is short-term or long-term. His compassionate approach and calm demeanour under pressure make him a reliable presence in challenging situations. He demonstrates strong risk management skills, proactively identifying potential concerns and implementing effective strategies to mitigate them.”

We caught up with Thomas to see how he feels about being our Nurse of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

Thomas has been working with the Guild for 4 years.

What do you enjoy about your job?

“I enjoy the opportunity to work alongside such a compassionate, dedicated and supportive team. Every day, I’m inspired by the teamwork and commitment of my colleagues, and I find great purpose in the shared goal of providing the best possible care for our patients.”

What do you value most about being part of the Guild?

“I value the Guild’s reputation for professionalism, support and high standards of care. Being part of an organisation that encourages collaboration and truly supports its nurses has been an incredibly rewarding experience.”

How do you feel about being our Nurse of the Month?

“I am truly honoured to have been nominated for Nurse of the Month. It means a lot to be recognised in this way, but I see it as a reflection of the collective effort we all put in as a team. Still, I’m deeply grateful, it motivates me to continue learning, growing and giving my very best.”
