- A valid NMC or NMBI Pin
- A willingness to work to our company expectations
- A minimum of 18 months experience in the last 2 years
- Evidenced completion of Child Protection Training (Level 3)
- At least 9 months experience in the last 15 months independently conducting uncomplicated births and experience attending high risk deliveries
